I am considering building a war mod for UT2K3. However I am not totally sure if it is legal on what I want to do. Can you use division patches of the US Military and other branches of armed forces throught the world? Would I get in legal problems with the US Government or is it totally fine to do it?

I believe you can do it, but I''m not someone to ask. Your best bet is to see if the names are trademarked (I think it''s trademarked). However, if you have to ask "is it legal to" then the best bet is to just avoid it. However, I''m conservative. =)

Go ask in the business forum. They''ll tell you everything you''ll need to know about the subject, ever. They can probably also tell you if certain specific names/logos are trademarked.
