Game Overviews
Hello all!
Wow, I seem to be posting on these boards a lot
Anyways, I just wanted to get your opinion on our game overview. This one is public, and I just wanted to ask you guys what you thought of it, you know, whether it gave a good impression of the game, and what can be changed if it didn''t. I wrote it myself so it can''t be very good, lol

Feedback:

You might want to type out the full meaning of mmorts, and then reference it later on, just incase someone may not know what it means.
Also, like I mentioned before, it''s a bit reminiscent of a commercial for a hair product or something. You might want to break it down into referenceable components; Game Overview(brief overview), Game Description (finer details about how the game plays), Game World (more information about the settings, worlds, items etc.

My first impression was that this is more of a speach to someone who never bothered to read the overview. It didn''t strike me as serious.
My next thought was that it was hard to understand what the player really does in the game. Personally I''d go for more bullet style explanations in the overview.
e.g.
* Command hundreds of ship into realtime 3d battle against other human players.
* Create and maintain a galactic empire through combat, economics and diplomacy.
