Hi. I would like to know if it is possible to increase and/or decrease the time-out (wait time) on winsock functions such as WSAConnect, WSARecv, WSASend, etc. Here is one problem that applies to this questions. The example is connect. I believe WSAConnect has a five second or so time-out. During that time, I would like to be able to completely stop the connection attempt if it is still in progress.
