How does one go about finding someone to work on art for one''s game? What sort of information about your game should you post? Is there anyone out there who''s done this before and can offer any advice?

1)show the game, not a "idea" of the game. Vaporware is common, if you don''t have noting (only idea = nothing), then is hard to find a decent artist.
2)give some for the artist.. IS NOT SERIOUS to offer "money in the future when the game will sell"
3)The style and the precise task :texture OR scene OR sketch.... And the style for example, more mature or child drawing.
4)The complete concept of the game.

Artist can join easily but work serious is more complicated.
