Adding wings would be rather predictable, but if you made them torn off, that would be cool. Not only a demon, but a demon with issues. Is there any better kind...ok...a dead one.

But let me be the first to criticize it a little: There''s a visible seam down the top of the head (where I''m assuming you put two halves of the monster together).
