Little prob with XFree/KDE in new slackware
Everything''s working great apart from one teensy little problem, I don''t have a mouse cursor in KDE! I know the mouse is taking input properly as you can see the icons on the taskbar raise as the curso runs over them and the buttons work. Ah well I''ve spent a lot of time fiddling with the XFree config files and am making no headway, anyone got any ideas? I would really appreciate some help.

You know I get strange results with my cursor running with a bit depth of 8, try changing your color depth to 16 or 32. Or perhaps you already tried that i don''t know, works for me though.
Sussed it, a google search with the right terms gave me the answer. My geforce2mx cannot handle drawing a mouse cursor in hardware hmm.

ctrl + alt + Plus-key-on-numpad
or edit your XF86Config file to start at high res by default.
