Weird color problems with directX 16 bit mode
Im getting some funky colors on some computers with a little demo I made to test my directx/particle engine. But, I dont think its the 565/555 problem.
Basically theres a few problems, that each computer will have a combination of (or none).
-The particles are the wrong colors. Instead of being white/grey they will be white/blue, or instead of red white and yellow, they will be white 2 shades of yellow.
-I display two images on the screen in the demo, and 1 of them always looks right, the other will have it''s colors messed up. Instead of being dark green/brown, it will look yellowish/green.
-The last one I have no idea what it could be. The particles will sometimes "stick" around the bomb (the demo is of a bomb flying in the air and exploding). Its very weird, as the demo plays, more and more particles start to form a line above the moving bomb, following it.
Im guessing no one will be able to help unless they can see what Im talking about. If you have time please download this (its small) and let me know how it works, and if you have any idea what could be wrong-
