I made a really short demo of my basic mechanics.
If anyone want to try this and give me feedback, it would be really helpful to me.
It is alpha version 0.3.0, Ive worked on these mechanics for 4 months with shorter and longer pauses. I will work on this more and I want this to me my first completed game that is not Ludum dare

Haha I don't have my mouse with me right now so I sadly lost that fight.
I'd say it's a pretty cool attempt to combine real-time element into turn-based combat. And I saw some knives will miss me. I don't know if it's designed that way so players can dodge besides fight back. If so, more ways to turn down the attack other than using abilities and shoot bullets will be cool, too!
