Nanokings is a Rogue lite RPG Bullet hell game where you try to survive the onslaught of evolved beasts and Viking tribes augmented by punk machinery. Increase your power by collecting mysterious powders that allow you to choose items or upgrades in the Norse dystopia of Myrkrafjordur!

Mechanics

• Slaying hordes of monsters and challenging bosses with variety of combat abilities
• Main manual weapons for each playable character, similar to Hack’N’Slash gameplay
• Auto weapon system, creating the reverse bullet hell
• Form blood pacts with other Vikings by completing quests and building relations, allowing the player to learn about the world of Nanokings.
• Meta game that allows the player to grow in power and make unique character-builds trough skill-trees
• Area challenges that disable Auto Weapons, and hone in on the Hack’N’Slash gameplay experience.

Story

307,500 years in the future, signs of a tumultuous history are manifest in Myrkrafjordur. Scars of a devastating world war, and runaway AI nanomachines dominate the earth.

From the ashes of this inhospitable world arose the new Vikings—beings of monumental stature and might. While they draw similarities from humans, they surpass them in strength and resilience.

Driven by the brutal realities of Myrkrafjordur, the Vikings turned to echoes of the old world. Stumbling upon long-lost artifacts, they ingeniously melded punk steel with organic matter, revamping limbs, enhancing sensory organs, and even substituting eyes.

The player is a member of the Runik Dagaz, and must help their tribe trough the harsh realities of a wasteland with augmented beasts and rival tribes.
