2020 USC Games Expo Online Starts Today

Today is the third annual 2020 USC Games Expo, and for the first time ever in 2020 the event will be held online. The event begins today at 2 p.m. Pacific Time, streaming online and providing more than 50 free PC games available for download at www.USCGamesExpo.com

A number of celebrities from the entertainment and video game industry will make appearances, including:

  • Mark Hamill, Actor Star Wars
  • Judd Apatow, Writer/Producer/Director
  • Nolan Bushnell, Founder Atari
  • Jeffrey Kaplan, Blizzard CEO
  • Mark Lamia, Studio Head Treyarch
  • David Perry, Developer Earthworm Jim
  • Geoff Keighley, Host and Producer of The Game Awards
  • Felicia Day, Artist/Director
  • Andy Gavin, Creator Crash Bandicoot
  • And many more!

This year’s lineup brings a diverse set of titles ranging from a physical-therapy simulator, a VR game that helps players feel what it’s like to be a black person in America, to a game that uses eye-tracking technology to escape from a dark room. More than 90 games will be showcased, with more than half of those available for download.

The main event kicks off at 2 p.m. with a keynote speech from USC Games Director Danny Bilson about the strength of the videogame industry during this pandemic. Starting at 3:30 p.m., select games will be featured on a livestream at www.USCGamesExpo.com. Downloadable games can also be found at this link.
