I''m working on a game right now, and I''m basically trying to decide on how to sell it. Right now I figure I''d just make it shareware, with a key that''d open up the rest of the game. Then the folks that wanted it would just send me money, maybe via PayPal, and get the key. But would it be better to get a publisher? I don''t want a publisher taking all my money and my rights.

Go with shareware, especially if its your first game. Ther are some publishers that make you money, but the game needs to be very good, and some publishers will actually rip you off and take the money.
