How do you sell one?

Get a burner, a label maker, a web-site (.com) and a method to collect payments (Pay Pal has a per transaction fee. Verisign takes monthly fees and per transaction fees). Then advertise.

I heard http://www.digibuy.com/is a good one to go with if you don''t want to deal with the business side of it.
