You may have noticed my other post here, but right now I''m just trying to get people''s opinions on different game ideas and then when the game idea is choosen, a design doc would be made and so forth. How many of you would like to see a store tycoon? I know there are millions of tycoons out there that where all of them suck but a few, but I seem to find managing a theme park etc interesting and managing a store seems pretty cool. There would be the usuall shoplifters, and to minimize this you hire a security guard at the door, put security cameras, etc. If you have few representatives, the customers get angry and leave. If you don''t have a certain product in stock for a long time, the same effect happens. There could be scenarios where you manage different types of store (e.g. department store, bookstore, electronics, etc). Anyone want to suggest an opinion or add to this idea?

You know if I decided to develop this game and get it rated by esrb I would like it below A, which means your idea absolutey wouldn''t be included.

This sounds a bit like Mall Tycoon and even more like the new Monopoly game.

Might want to check those out before choosing.
