Do you mean DrawText? They're both pretty much the same except DrawText gives you a little more control. If you want to find the exact differences, why don't you look them up yourself on MSDN?

Note: I assumed you meant DrawText when you said 'textdraw', but if you didn't you'll need to be a little more specific about which API/language you're using.
