Hi all, I''m currently wading through Learn Visual C++ in 21 days and i''m having some trouble. I''ve gotten through day 1 just fine. no problems there. day 2 however, it seems like i was thrown a lot of info and it''s confusing to me. Is anyone else using this book? Do i need stronger skills in c++ before learning this? My c++ skills are elementary at best, having gone though "Turbo C++ Programming 101". Should I go back through the C++ book or is the confusion just stemming from the fact i''m used to doing all the work and not the environment doing a lot of the programming. I guess my question is, if i was having a little trouble on day 2 should i do a quick relearn of what i know of the language before continuing? thanks mike

hmm, i think you book was built around MFC which will really confuse you, try Charles Petzold''s book about windows programming, it is in straight C and win32 API, then get a visual studio book,
