Help! Im just getting started where do i begin!
Could anyone give me some tips on getting started in the Gamedev world , im already learning Pascal and Visual basic , but i would like to know if there are any really good sites for c++ and the best languages?
Are there any good books?
If u have any other tips can u write em down?

A good place to start looking for books on C/C++ is "www.informit.com" (in the ''Free Library'' section). They have a lot of Que books in HTML format for free. That way, you can decide if you want the books to begin with (the full content of the books are online for no charge, but if you''re like me, you probably like hardcopy)
For beginning game programming, there are no better books than those by Andre Lamothe. Either "Windows Game Programming for Dummies" or "Tricks of the Windows Game Programming Gurus" are good places to start.
