Also, what is a sufficient means of burning CD''s when a game starts to sell many copies per day? Thanks, I am really interested in such things.

As for packaging, you could ask a professional graphic designer to take care of this for you. They normally have contacts with printers who can manufacture boxes to spec, but typically the fewer the units, the more you pay per unit. One option is to design a generic box you can use for all your products, and just have the printer change the ''sticker'' on the box. But, this doesn''t look as professional.
