I am interested in making maps for Quake 3 Arena. I downloaded Q3 Radiant and I have been playing around with it. The tutorial at http://www.planetquake.com/q3radiant/beginners_room.htm is fairly good except something is different about it on my computer. The second last picture shows the entity window. I can get the entity window to show, but there is nothing in it. On the picture at that tutorial, it shows lists of the entities and a description if it. Mine doesn''t. Does anyone know how to fix it? Also, when I try to make a very basic map, like the one in the tutorial, I can''t get it to compile into the .bsp format. I select the BSP menu, and click bsp_BSP. Is that the right thing to do? (I don''t have any lights yet in the level). Moe''s Site
