Hello everybody! I just joined to this forum and I''m going to solemnize it with a small question: I use VC++ and I''m developing a small game using DirectX8. I''m interested in using .XM/.MOD modules because the HDD space requirements decreases dramatically if compared to 17 hours long WAV =). I''m both unable (lack of experience) and unwilling to write any XM player from scratch (quantity already existing must be n+1?). So the question is: Is there any existing (freeware) code/dll/or-such that I could integrate to my project? Naturally, credits would go to the original developer. _______________________________________ Regards, Eero Kuutschin
Hmmm.... try these:

http://www.fmod.org
http://www.obrazstudio.com/gaudio

They are both free to use for non-commercial software and provide simple and easy to use libraries.
