ok why i am learning c++ i am going to try to make a tetris game. but i am not sure how to use DirectX to do it. like i do not know how to get into DirectX so you can make games.

You can buy Tricks of the Windows Game Programming Gurus by Andre LaMothe. He teaches DirectX and game programming.

You can check out NeXe. He has DirectX tutorials. Drunken Hyena also has DirectX tutorials.
