I downloaded your game and the DevIL stuff, newest version. I can't find the needed .DLL file in the junk I downloaded for DevIL. Why don't you put the .DLL in the .zip package so people won't have to download it?

I use the same .dll''s in several projects, it would be redundant to have them in every zip file. you can download the devil .dll files from my site though. just stick them in the folder with the .exe or in the windows/system folder
