VC++ help

I just been down to the shop and bought Visual C++ standard edition, its got about 3 cds and there IS a couple of centimetre thick book but, i haven''t got time to read that yet as i am still reading teach yourself C++ in 21 days, has anyone got a VC++ quick start tutorial on their site?, or know where i can find one.

oh yeah, thought i'd say i am only on day 4 of "teach yourself C++ in 21 days-jesse liberty", and i am currently using borland C++ free compiler with some gui i found for it here.
