use basecode with dev c++
Just create a new project(win32 of course), add the NeHe .cpp en .h files
and somewhere in the menus you should find something like project settings and in that dialog box under link you type :
-lopengl32 -lglu32 -lglaux to link the opengl librarys.
Compile and it should work
