Dit you come directley at this forum via a search engine? Can''t imagine you overlooked the tutorials section at the page this forum belongs to. Go to http://nehe.gamedev.net/ , and then to the section "OpenGL Tutorials" in the menu. That page will teach you how to do the graphical stuff. For the other parts of game-programming, you can go to http://gamedev.net/, and then in the menu under the line that sais "recources", go to "articles and recources". Plenty of tutorials. If you''ve got a good experience with C/C++ and you still haven''t got enough tutors with that.....
Newbie programmers think programming is hard.Amature programmers think programming is easy.Professional programmers know programming is hard.
Or, if you''ve got some moneys (about 60$), you should definitely buy OpenGl GameProgramming by Prima Tech (prima-tech.com).
It''s just awesome. It starts with the very basics, an teach you everything you need to complete the last chapter: createing a simple 3d-engine with MD2-fileformat enemies, smoke effects and a lot of more cool effects =)

i don''t know how much of c++ you know but i''ll assume you know some OOP right?
Just like Norge said you should get OpenGL Game Programming. That book teaches you everything you need to know to get started.
If you don''t want to use that, then learn the stuff on NEHE''s site, then try looking at some simple open source games. Start with something like NEHE''s Zelda and move on to something like NITZAN''s Scorched Earth 3D. BUT I STILL RECOMMEND A BOOK, you can take them anywhere and OpenGL Game Programming teaches you everything you need to know.
