I wanna put some nice music (->MIDIs) into my project, but the files i took are nice, too, but i wanna change the instruments. The thing is, that i want an external program which i can use for exchanging the instruments. Well, if you find a midi-to-wav converter on Google or something, you can use ACID to combine or separate tracks, I believe.

Cakewalk gets the job done for me, although it''s not a free program. If you want a free one, or at least a demo with that kind of capability, search through cnet''s download.com, there should be something there.
