For a client we're creating a match 3 clone basically, but with a bunch of custom wishes. We already have two programmers working on it part-time and we're looking for suitable reinforcements so that we can divide the tasks more evenly.
We are looking for programmers who can:
- Work with Unity
- Have experience developing for android and iOS (ideally)
- Have worked with 2D
- Can work with logic/math already set up by the lead programmer
- Not a beginner (unfortunately, since there is some complexity and we currently dont have the time for extra training)
- Not a company/outsourcer

Actually I might not and will just write the current process instead since that's more useful.
- Client tells us what he wants
- We estimate the hours and divide the work
- He approves them
- We send out an invoice for the downpayment
- He pays
- We do the work (so we are stuck with fixed times)
- We send the invoice for the wrapup
Looks like I need some more words after all for this post to get approved, so here is a short summary of what we are working on this milestone:
- Implementing graphics from an asset pack
- Fixing a bug related to swapping and falling of candies
- Adding a loading screen to the game
- Upgrade the shop with smaller icons, a golden frame
- Add blockers to the level completion
- And a bunch more :)
