I'm completely new on gamedev.net. Question: how do I change the genre of the project, it defaults to action (see picture), but it should be something else.

Looks like there's a little problem with the project settings page. There should be a genre selection right below the “type” (Game). I'll take a look at what's going on there.

As a workaround, if you change the project type to another option and then back to “Game”, the genre selection dropdown will show.

@khawk It worked. Another quirk I encounter is that I can't align the text to be centered. It works while editing, but once saved it always showed up aligned left.
