To be honest your idea doesn't sound too bad. I mean I might play a game like that if it was done properly. However, I think most people here have their own stuff going, but more importantly are reluctant to get involved in a project where the leader has no stated experience.

You can't seriously expect to have your team filled a week after you announced your search. You have to learn patience, Grasshopper. Besides, as was stated above, people here

To be blunt, the answer to your question is “no.” Nobody is jumping at the chance to make your game for you, and it is unlikely that anyone will.

@norman001 To make the last bit somewhat more understandable, “make my game” is a dream that everybody has.

For the same reasons that you don't want to help others build their (completely different from yours) game, others are reluctant to spend time on building your game.
