I'm looking for software similar to the outdated recording program VoxOver. Mostly used for batch recording voice for video games.

Hey guys,

VoxOver is an old (mid 2000s) program that was used to streamline the recording of several small lines, and batch processes them for you into separate files. You can basically put the text of each line you need to record into an excel sheet, and import the excel sheet into VoxOver. It then displays the text on the screen, and as you record down the list it separates and names each file for you according to script. The alternative, inefficient way to this is recording all the lines on one file with punch record and then cutting and naming all the files yourself after you've finished recording.

Does anybody know of a similar more modern program that has similar capabilities? I can't imagine this program was the last of it's kind. If anyone has any suggestions let me know!

Here are a couple of old articles about the software:

Thanks.
