Hello I am new here, and I'm just wondering does anybody use AngelCode for coding audio plug-ins in the blue cat audio plug-ins script?

There is indeed a growing community of Plug'n Script users (many using angelscript, but a few also writing native C/C++ code). You can find many PnS developers on the Facebook Plug'n Script Users Group. I think they have also created a discord channel too, and you can also find a couple of active members on the Blue Cat Audio forum.
