I am trying to make a card game. I have everything ready. The art, mechanics, rules etc. I have little to no background with coding but I want to get my game out there. I need a programmer which can understand the card game and turn it in to an ios or android game. Where can I find a programmer like that, and how much (roughly) will it cost?
