Hello all i am fairly new to Gameplay Programming, i will be Graduating from college with my Degree in June. and i was looking for some advise from experienced programmers on what skills i should polish. I have worked with some Unreal both Blueprints and C++/C#. my C++/C# skills are good but I am sure they could be better so what would every one recommend i did to improve them.

I'd say, make games! ?

But seriously, it depends on what direction you want to go. Just programming, or also art, or also game design (game mechanisms, balancing, progress of the player through levels, etc), or business, or audio, or any other other stuff around games.

What Alberth said. If you want to get better at making games, start making games. But for now, your studies have to take priority.
