Hey I've been looking at lots of tutorials on ARkit and facial recognition... is there a way to make it pick up where your teeth are when you smile? and have tracking for it?

You need a kind of face recognition that is able to detect emotions because if you show your teeth may have different reasons, not just smiling. I think you need a special form of what is shown in this article that is able to recognize the mought and if it is opened and how teeth look

Thanks! it's for a game where the player can brush enemies away on the teeth. Like the more you brush the enemy floats away in a bubble and pops. is it possible?

Anything is possible, but I be honest: I don't know how well this will be performing/ how accurate the recognition can be. If you where some kind of Sony puting some hardware to your game like a black light to make the teeth visible for the camera more easy, then this would be another case rather than a (mobile?) app that has to run on different hardware.

Face recognition alone is a huge topic, recognizing a special part of the face that may or may not be visible is a task for an advanced developer
