You need to know what version of VS do you use. If you use VS 2015 you need to google: visual studio 2015 unity tools. You will find for example this link: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=SebastienLebreton.VisualStudio2015ToolsforUnity

You can make builds for a few OS from Windows from menu of Unity Editor. You can google how to make it. I like to see step-by-step youtube tutorial. Just search in Youtube: how to create exe from Unity
