So i want to add some ads to a mobile game I'm developing. After some googling I've found admod. Is this the Best method? Also would it be a good idea to create an account using my personal info or should i begin to create a small business identity and what would be the steps to achieve that.

If AdMod provides what you're looking for then it's fine. I have no issue with AdMod personally.

It depends, are you trying to start a business? You will have to sit down with a lawyer to get proper advice for your location, but normally if you're doing this as a business it's best advised to register a limited entity so you're not personally liable and your business finances are separated from your personal finances. Otherwise you can just operate as a sole-proprietorship ie. John Doe O/A ABC Games. You also have to consider the costs involved in doing so. I run several businesses and I have to pay thousands of dollars each year for an accountant, plus operating costs (licences, merchant fees, banks, insurance, ect...)

Sit down with a lawyer who handles incorporation, and find a good accountant. If the overhead is too high to do all of this, then look into doing this all under your personal name, but you'll need to speak to an accountant on how this effects you in terms of taxes, audits, and liability.

Very helpful! Thank you.

I work for a company that provides reward video ad solutions. It's free to sign up and quick to add to your game. Most developers I've talked to tell me it takes them less than an hour to implement. Personally I love games, I love game development, and I think we could really help out.

Sure does! We haven't found a game engine that we're not compatible with yet. And if you run into any issues with it I'm always happy to help out.
