Im just starting with the lighting ... i can create a ambiant light, a diffuse light, but the light follow me everywhere ... i think GL_POSITION is working with GL_Translatef or something like that. if some one can give me a few command for a independant light i would be grateful!!!!

Look up glLightfv and the GL_POSITION parameter
