So I'm looking for a good game engine for beginners but had no luck. Well.. I'm actually looking for a 2D engine any help would be appreciated I wan't one where you can make pixel art characters like heart beast from youtube. thanks!

Well I can't speak to the art part of your question. But as far as 2D game engines are concerned, GODOT game engine and Gamemaker tend to be most popular/used.

From my experience, unity game engine is the best for beginners because all the questions you'll get in the future are already answered.
