i want some kind of support popup on my website like this one here

on the bottom right.

Does anybody know how this is called and if it´s available for Wordpress?

It is called an annoyance.

Briefly inspecting the source for the site you linked, the product you speak of is from intercom.io
I personally think it's a neat little tool.
