I'm looking for a free game engine with similar drag and drop features with little or no coding like GameSalad.

Any suggestions?

Open-Source and still actively developed. There is very little coding required and some templates for common game types, although the program is powerful enough to make pretty much any 2d game. Suitable for 2d games in browser or on your native platform.
