i have a twitter same name as my forum id plus a website, although as im old school then im still getting used to twitter LOL but i do post when i can think of something relevant to post about, when i start work on the bigger proper game il set up some kind of dev log as that's what they seem to do now, will be kind of weird showing a game as you make it but hay that's the norm now right. i should of done it with the game i just released last month but hadn't done much research on promoting and stuff that you have to do in today's world.
