Basic learn to programming steps:
1. Get a C/C++ compiler (Try Dev C++, it''s a free IDE for GCC/MinGW32).
2. Find a C/C++ tutorial (Try cprogramming.com, cplusplus.com, and/or http://newdata.box.sk/bx/c/).
3. Read and practice a whole lot.
