Windows 10 - slow boot up compared to 7

I couldn't agree more about clean install.

On my laptop (i5 Win7 Pro), I did the upgrade just so I could get the Windows 10 key. Then I did a full clean install. The boot increased dramatically, but I would probably say the biggest impact it had was finally getting rid of the bloatware and junk (as others mentioned before) that had piled up over the years. Never had bothered with it in Windows 7. So far, I've been pretty happy.

Now this time it really booted fast even with Microsoft account. :lol:
I'll report back after more tries.
