Bandicam - This screen recorder is able to record windowed applications that many other recorders are unable to. Is able to export in a few different codecs. Has build in p-i-p webcam mode .

Don't remember who on here shared this with me, but add LICECap. It's a capture program that captures in .gif format. Very handy.
