I've read several recommendations that the arcsynthesis.org tutorial series was good. I started getting into it and it is interesting and easy to follow. One problem though: the arcsynthesis.org domain expired yesterday. So what's the next best option?

That's too bad. Hopefully they just forgot to renew the site and it will be back up soon.

EDIT: ninja'd

Step 1: I don't know if a whois will work when the site is down. Not a networking guy, honestly.

Step 2: Continue on without images: https://web.archive.org/web/20150311211412/http://www.arcsynthesis.org/gltut/ seems to have the complete set of tutorials. You should double check, though

Other than that, unless someone here downloaded all of arcsynthesis before it was taken down, there's nothing really else you can do. Which is a shame, because that was a fantastic beginners site.

I'm sorry about any spelling or grammar mistakes or any undue brevity, as I'm most likely typing on my phone

Ah yes, I forgot about the old wayback machine. Thank you!

The site is still working for me. According to the OpenDNS CacheCheck the URL is pointing to two different IPs, depending on where you are located. Perhaps the website is getting moved to another server or something like that.

Here, I'm currently learning OpenGL from this resource/tutorial aaaand I knew something like this can happen (but in a far future D: ). I downloaded the tutorial two months ago, so here, you can download it.

I will delete the link when website its up again

EDIT: Deleted link by 2016-08-16 because full source and documentation can be found in the bitbucket repository as said in the last message (see the quote)

Eh no need to use the way back machine. If you followed the tutorial, at the beginning it says you should download the tutorial files from a BitBucket repository:

https://bitbucket.org/alfonse/gltut/downloads

The PDF version of the tutorial is inside the file.
