I have a really simple model with two bones and skin modifier. I animated it in 3ds max using the auto key. When loaded with assimp (c++ app), the keys are constant. What is wrong? Thanks.

I don't know the answer to your question, but you might want to repost this in Game Programming or the forum for whatever rendering API (DirectX or OpenGL) that you're using. This forum is for showing off bad code.
