Hi there, has anybody here read "Multithreading for Visual Effects"?
I'm searching for a book speaking about multi-threading in graphics programming, preferably written without too much references to specifics gfx APIs.
I know that book doesn't cover the argument really in a general way ("student textbook like") the argument, but as far I understand it isn't a collection of single articles too (like GPU Pro books).
Does anyone here have a better suggestion?* D; ... Otherwise I'll buy it for xmas
