BTW, is this an RTS or a RPG or more of a TPS/FPS ??
I presume RPG/TPS.

It's multiplayer RPG with some elements of RTS thrown in.

Basically all of the interesting bits will be done by real players and humans control by AI will be out and about assigned to the unfun tasks like skinning rabbits for clothing.

From a guild leaders perspective it may feel more like an RTS where some of your units just happen to be other players.

Honestly, what I'm more concerned about is that this system isn't complex enough. If magic, melee, and ranged attacks all drain stamina, then what differentiates magical attacks from the mundane, apart from cool particle effects? As for the setting, a fantasy universe with godlike beings who have sufficiently advanced tech is a great idea, but how would you get across to the players that it isn't magical to them?

This is where the attribute system comes in. A toon who has a lot of strength but low intelligence will be inclined to swing swords to deal damage, while a toon with high intelligence and low strength will use magic to achieve the same effect. Have a robust enough attribute system and the RPG classes become nearly limitless.

For the second part, use the story narrative to get across the point that the godlike beings know they're using tech but no one else does. Remember "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." It's all in the presentation.
