Quite frankly this might be a stretch but I thought I would ask here to see if anyone might have insight...

Has anyone ever worked with the DGN file format?

This is the base file format for use with Bentley MicroStation CAD products.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience reading that file format to extract geometry data from it.
