I doubt that... hell i think 3 hours was pushing it! but you never know... may the gods be good to us!
Considering timezone differences, fairness would dictate 6.5 or 7.5 days .

So, I have nearly 12 hours, sweet!
I'm just doing the last mission. And Francis is doing some art bits. Should be on audio shortly (already have a bit). And polish! I'm going to use every minute possible. So expect my final build in 11 hours. :P

Team: Still Flying - Chris, Laurie, Kaylee Eck.
A turn based strategy game where the toys wake up at night to protect their keeper from the monsters in the closet. Snatch up the Hope before the monsters gobble it up and become even harder to defeat.
I plan to put the instructions up in my last journal, but I'm pressed for time right now. The instructions.txt file is included if you can't wait to try it out.

P.S. What's this about extra time? I'm far to sleepy to read a thread backwards, so I'll just give some advice. I'd err on the side of caution in case you don't get it. If you don't have a submission yet guys, polish what you have and cut what you don't.... SHIP IT!

My entry to the competition may be in, but I'll confess that I've been toying with the idea of using a day or two after the official end to create a "version 2" of my game: a version with additional enemies and room types, perhaps additional items and broadened item functionality, additional content to discover and interact with, different control mechanics, and various bits of polishing.
I'm not sure that I'll go through with it; we'll have to see how I feel when I'm not half-dead from lack of sleep. ^^;

I know what you mean Thumaturge. I did horrible, horrible things in my code just to get it working. It's a precarious house of cards, latched together with string and hope. I'll almost definitely going to be reusing some code (after some serious rewrites). I'm also looking forward to doing a post-mortum journal entry... Later... At least a day later.

I will extend the competition by a single hour due to the DST mistake that may have prevented folks from starting exactly at midnight, so everyone enjoy you have been given one extra hour onto the competition. hope this will help some of you that are coming down to the final submission.
