So, I'm recruiting for my project right, I'm sure many of you have been on one side or the other, and a candidate I get in contact with says he will not pay for the game we're modding.
I explain to him that since in my projects case, we're modding, owning a copy of the game being modded is a requirement, especially for a programer.
Then he tells me he's not rich and such, I have him check how much it is in his country, and it's the same as in the US. $15.
I can see rationales for each side, but he just says he can't pay, since he's not getting paid.
I'm sure what I think I need to do but 'm curious, given the above situation, what would you guys do?
And or, have any of you encountered a similar situation, from either side?
This issue just gave me a lot to think about, and I go explain the difference between a mod and a stand alone to him, so ya.
